Payment Terms
Tour pricing based on $2,800* per rider, double occupancy
Solo Riders desiring single room accommodated at $3,300*
*All pricing subject to a 6.8% sales tax and surcharge
Initial Deposit required to secure Rider Registration (applied to tour cost): $500
Interim Payment due September 1, 2023: $1,500
Final Payment due November 1, 2023: $990.40 (incl 6.8% tax on total price) for double occupancy / $1,524.40 for single occupancy
The Fine Print
RUM RUNNER TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Riders cancelling before November 1, 2023 will receive a return of 75% of funds paid to RUM RUNNER TOUR. Cancellations after November 1, 2023, RUM RUNNER TOUR retains all funds received.
RUM RUNNER TOUR is a "Rain or Shine" bike tour with NO cancellations due to Florida weather conditions.
Bike rentals and bike shipping must be arranged by the individual Rider. All costs for these services to be the Rider's responsibility.
Riders will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of the first day's ride in Naples. All Riders agree wear bicycle helmets at all times when riding and have front and rear lights on their bikes illuminated at all times when riding.
Riders agree to hold RUM RUNNER TOUR harmless for any damage to Rider's bikes while riding, loading, storing and transporting Rider's bikes.
